1. Registration & Payment Policy

First-Come, First-Served: Enrollment is processed in the order that payments are confirmed. Once a camp reaches capacity, unpaid registrations will be moved to a waiting list.

Personal Devices: Participants are encouraged to bring their own smartphones for video editing and recording. The Success Institute is not liable for the loss, theft, or accidental damage of any personal electronics brought to the camp.
Rental Equipment: If a participant uses a rental device provided by the Institute, the parent/guardian assumes financial responsibility for any damage caused by negligence or intentional misuse.

Acceptable Use: Students will be using AI tools, YouTube creation software, and editing platforms. These must be used strictly for camp projects.
Prohibited Content: Accessing, creating, or sharing inappropriate, copyrighted, or harmful material is strictly forbidden and may result in dismissal from the camp without a refund.

Photography & Video: I grant the Success Institute permission to photograph and film my child during camp activities.
Usage Rights: These materials, along with digital projects created during the camp (such as stop-motion animations and videos), may be used for educational and promotional purposes on the Institute’s website and social media.

Allergic Reactions: If your child has allergic reactions to any foods or drinks, kindly let us know before the camps begin.
Authorized Pick-up: Students will only be released to the guardians listed during registration. Please notify staff in writing of any changes to pick-up arrangements.
Late Pick-up: To respect our instructors' time, a late fee of UGX 5,000 every 30 minutes may be applied for children picked up after the scheduled session end time.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the camp start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period, or dismissals due to behavioral violations, are non-refundable.
